First Round
1. Las Vegas | Fernando Mendoza / QB / Indiana | No mystery or suspense at the top of the draft, the Raiders are all-in on the Heisman Trophy winner. |
2. NY Jets | Arvell Reese / EDGE / Ohio State | Reese is a projection at this point as an EDGE after playing off-the-ball LB last year in Columbus. Reese is a freak athlete with rare athleticism, strength, size, and speed to be an instant impact player in the NFL. |
3. Arizona | Francis Mauigoa / OT / Arizona | The Cards need a franchise QB after releasing Kyler Murray but no prospect is worth this pick. Mauigoa would be a plug and play starter with Pro Bowl potential at ORT. |
4. Tennessee | David Bailey / EDGE / Texas Tech | The Titans added EDGE Jermaine Johnson from the Jets before the trade deadline but still need another pass rusher. Bailey is a complete EDGE who will start from day one in Nashville. |
5. NY Giants | Jeremiyah Love / RB / NY Giants | Of any team picking near the top of the draft, the Giants are the closest to contending and have few needs. Love would give the Giants a reliable lead RB to take pressure off Jaxson Dart. |
6. Cleveland | Spencer Fano / OT / Utah | Fano has shorter than desired arms but has the agility, strength, and intelligence to become a plug and play starter as a rookie at OLT. |
7. Washington | Sonny Styles / LB / Ohio State | Styles is a freak athlete with the size, length, and speed to become an instant impact starter as an off-the-ball-LB in the NFL. |
8. New Orleans | Mansoor Delane / CB / LSU | The Saints select the best cover CB in this draft and keep him home in Louisiana. Delane's combination of length, agility, and ball skills make him a potential Pro Bowl CB in the next few seasons NOLA. |
9. Kansas City | Kenyon Sadiq / TE / Oregon | Future Hall of Famer Travis Kelce is returning for the 2026 season and it is time to find his successor. Sadiq is fast, fluid, and a game breaker who may be the best athlete in this draft class - which in this draft is really saying something! |
10. Cincinnati | Caleb Downs / S / Ohio State | Downs, SNS' number one ranked prospect for next month's draft, is ready to contribute immediately at a Pro Bowl-level in the NFL. Downs is a playmaker who can be used throughout the defense to create mismatches. Elite talent ready to contribute immediately. |
11. Miami | Carnell Tate / WR / Ohio State | The Dolphins are in rebuilding mode having jettisoned Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill and need to reload on offense. Malik Willis was signed away from Green Bay to play QB and he needs some weapons on the outside. Tate has an ideal mix of size, speed, and playmaking ability to become Miami's number one WR as a rookie. |
12. Dallas | Jermod McCoy / CB / Tennessee | McCoy has not played since the 2024 season but has the combination of length, speed, and ball skills to become an instant impact starter in Dallas. The Cowboys' pass defense was atrocious last year and McCoy has the coverage skills to provide instant relief in Big D. |
13. LA Rams (via Atlanta) | Caleb Lomu / OT / Utah | After trading away pick 29 to the Chiefs, the Rams are down to just the draft pick acquired from the Falcons on April 23rd in Pittsburgh. The Rams need to find a long-term successor to Matthew Stafford but find no help here. Lomu has started the last two years at Utah and gives the Rams a young OT with the upside to start for the next decade. |
14. Baltimore | Kadyn Proctor / OT / Alabama | Ravens OLT Ronnie Stanley has had an outstanding career but age and injuries have taken their toll. Proctor has premium size and length but needs to refine his footwork to develop into a Pro Bowl-level player. |
15. Tampa Bay | Rueben Bain / EDGE / Miami, Fl | Bain's short arms (30.7") makes his draft position a volatile situation. Production wise, he is a no-brainer selection in the first-round. But the NFL loves to check the boxes and Bain's wingspan falls far short of prototype. The Bucs would get a starter and playmaker who improves the pass and run defense instantly next fall. |
16. NY Jets (via Indianapolis) | Colton Hood / CB / Tennessee | The Jets failed to record an INT last year - an NFL record for futility - and new blood is needed in the secondary. Hood has the size and movement skills to play on an island in the NFL and immediately upgrades the athleticism of the secondary. |
17. Detroit | Max Iheanachor / OT / Arizona State | The Lions under GM Brad Holmes often march to the beat of their own drummer - drafting Jahmyr Gibbs and Jack Campbell in the first round - and do so again with the Sun Devil ORT. Iheanachor stormed through the Senior Bowl and NFL Scouting Combine - he has a playing style similar to Penei Sewell, who would slide over to OLT - and has become a first-round prospect. In this scenario, the Lions would have a pair of OTs who play with the nasty edge Dan Campbell loves in his teams. |
18. Minnesota | Dillon Thieneman / S / Oregon | Safety Harrison Smith was released and will likely retire. His successor is not yet on the Minnesota roster but this draft offers a talented crop of prospects. Thieneman displayed elite ball skills as a freshman at Purdue (All-American season where he snagged 6 INTs) and evolved to be a complete safety who can line up in the box and support against the run last year in Eugene. He would make an ideal replacement for Smith. |
19. Carolina | Peter Woods / IDL / Clemson | The NFC South Champions need to continue to add talent to their front seven and decide to stay home and select the talented junior. Woods' combination of size and speed to power conversion gives the Panthers a potentially dominating set of interior pass rushers (Derrick Brown). |
20. Dallas (via Green Bay) | Kayden McDonald / IDL / Ohio State | In the pick acquired from the Packers for Micah Parsons, the Cowboys continue the rebuilding of their defense with the young and immensely talented Buckeye. McDonald has only started one year in Columbus but he displayed a combination of power and strong hands last year to project as a starter as a rookie with Pro Bowl potential down the line. |
21. Pittsburgh | Akheem Mesidor / EDGE / Miami, Fl | The Steelers consider a couple of WRs here but they like Mesidor's film, versatility, and experience and decide to select the Hurricanes' DL. Mesidor's frame and skill set allows him to slide up and down the DL to create mismatches. Mesidor's production and experience meet the Steelers' prototypical requirements for a first-round pick. |
22. LA Chargers | Avieon Terrell / CB / Clemson | The Chargers need CBs to match-up with the talented WRs in the AFC West and Terrell looks like an eventual starter. Terrell has the length, hips, ball skills, and confidence to be developed into a quality number two CB in the NFL. |
23. Philadelphia | Emmanuel McNeil-Warren / S / Toledo | The Eagles lost safety Reed Blankenship to the Texans in free agency and decide to bring in some competition for Andrew Mukuba for the starting job. EMS would be reunited with Pro Bowl CB Quinyon Mitchell, teammates at Toledo, in Philly's secondary. |
24. Cleveland (via Jacksonville) | Makai Lemon / WR / USC | After addressing OLT, the Browns use the pick acquired in last year's Travis Hunter trade to draft the Biletnikoff Award winner. Lemon is a quick-footed and precise route runner in the mold of fellow Trojan Amon-Ra St. Brown. He'd give Shedeur Sanders a reliable receiving option in the passing game. |
25. Chicago | TJ Parker / EDGE / Clemson | The Bears' defense last year created turnovers in bunches despite only having one steady outside pass rusher - Montez Sweat - and need to find another. Parker had his worst year last season but has been arguably the most impressive EDGE during the postseason draft process. Parker flashes a tantalizing combination of speed and power to contribute immediately in the NFL. |
26. Buffalo | Olaivavega Ioane / IOL / Penn State | Buffalo already addressed their biggest postseason need by trading a second-round pick to Chicago for WR DJ Moore and decide to add the best IOL prospect in this draft. Ioane has a great combination of agility and strength to be a day one starter in the NFL. |
27. San Francisco | Blake Miller / OT / Clemson | Per media reports, OT Trent Williams is on the trading block. And even if he isn't, it is time to find his eventual successor. Miller is extremely experienced, durable, and fundamentally solid with game time at both OT spots. Miller would be a great value pick at number 27 overall. |
28. Houston | Brandon Cisse / CB / South Carolina | The Texans had arguably the best secondary, and defense, in the NFL and decide to add another chess piece to the board. Cisse has the size, wingspan, agility, and ball skills to contribute as a rookie and be a starter, if needed. |
29. Kansas City (via LA Rams) | Caleb Banks / IDL / Florida | Banks missed all but three games last season and then reportedly broke his foot again at the NFL Scouting Combine - a concerning development that may sink his shot at going in the first-round. Banks has a similar skill set to Chris Jones and would get at least one season of mentoring from the future Hall of Famer. |
| Emmanuel Pregnon / IOL / Oregon | The Broncos' offense displayed good improvement last season as compared to 2024 but the inside running game to a noticeable down turn after JK Dobbins was lost for the season. Pregnon is a mauling brute with surprisingly light feet and plenty of starting experience at USC and Oregon and would immediately make the inside running game a productive part of Denver's offensive plan. |
31. New England | Keldric Faulk / EDGE / Auburn | The Patriots need to get more pressure on the QB to ease the burden on the back seven and Faulk has upside worth developing. Faulk is only 20-years old and teases with his talent and potential - he just needs to play with more consistency. |
32. Seattle | Keionte Scott / CB / Miami, Fl | Scott is a nickel corner with the size and length to play on the outside, as well. Scott is a clutch performer whose ball skills and athleticism shine in big games and big moments. Seattle needs to add some reinforcements to the secondary and Scott's versatility, he can also play safety, makes him a first-roud selection. |
