Scout's Notebook - Conference Championship Week Report
The penultimate edition of the college football playoff selection show just dropped on Tuesday night and it is clear that the selection committee is not committed to placing an ACC team in the playoff field. Tuesday's rankings listed two place holders for the 11 and 12 seeds - Conference Champ #4 and Conference Champ #5, respectively.
