Big Board Breakdown

The Big Board 150 is a direct reflection of the strengths and weaknesses of the 2026 NFL Draft class. WR and EDGE are the most represented position on the Big Board 150 with 39 total prospects, which indicates the wide array of talent available at these positions. The best talent of this draft is along the offensive and defensive lines where 62 of the 150 prospects (41.3% of the Big Board 150) listed are either OTs, IOL (OG and OC), EDGEs, or IDL. Other positions of depth in the 2026 NFL Draft include LB and CB. The skill positions of QB, RB, WR, and TE only account for 48 of the top 150 prospects available in April (32% of the Big Board 150). All in all, the 2026 NFL Draft lacks many elite skill position players but there are quality prospects and plenty of depth at OT, IOL, EDGE, IDL, LB, and CB.

Big Board 150 Analysis

For many football fans, the Super Bowl signals the end of football for seven months - a depressing thought. But for draftniks like us, Kenneth Walker's Super Bowl MVP Award just reminds us of the importance of the NFL Draft is for acquiring talent - Walker was SNS' number one ranked RB in the 2022 NFL Draft after his Doak Walker Award winning season at Michigan State. Seattle selected him the second round and immediately plugged him in as a starter and now the Seahawks are World Champions after Walker went for 161 yards of total offense in Seattle's 29-13 victory over New England. And the Patriots would have never played in this year's Super Bowl if it wasn't for the spectacular season that QB Drake Maye had in 2025 - Maye was SNS' number two ranked QB in the 2024 NFL Draft and this past season provided confirmation of this lofty rating.

So, which college prospects are the next to follow the footsteps set by Walker and Maye? The SNS Big Board 150 lists the best 150 prospects for the 2026 NFL Draft. The previous revision of the Big Board has been updated after the completion of the college all-star games - Hula Bowl, American Bowl, East-West Shrine Bowl, and the Senior Bowl and will be revised again after the NFL Scouting Combine is completed in early March.

Key 2026 NFL Draft Dates

February 26 - March 1 - NFL Scouting Combine (Indianapolis, Indiana)

April 23 - 25 - NFL Draft (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania)

Tomorrow the first post-Super Bowl SNS Position Rankings will be released! These rankings (and Big Board 150) will be updated regularly as prospects are put through the paces during the postseason All-Star game circuit, NFL Scouting Combine, and College Pro Days when prospects work out for NFL teams on their college campuses.
