The 76th Senior Bowl game will kick off on Saturday, February 1st at 2:30 pm EST on NFL Network from Mobile, Alabama and it features many of the top prospects available for this April’s draft. Although top prospects such as Cam Ward, Abdul Carter, Mason Graham, Kelvin Banks, Will Campbell, Travis Hunter, and Will Johnson are not in attendance this week in Mobile, the prospects practicing and playing this week are mostly top 150 prospects who will fill out the majority of draft selections made on day one and two of the draft in Green Bay. Notably, the defensive linemen practicing this week in Mobile look special and a number of these EDGEs and DTs look like starters and valuable contributors as early as next season. Let’s take a look at some of the top 2025 NFL Draft prospects practicing this week in Mobile.
Dillon Gabriel / QB / Oregon
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
5104 / 202 / 30 / 9 / 71.6 |
Transfer from Oklahoma (via UCF). Gabriel lacks the desired height and frame with a build similar to Kyler Murray (Cardinals), without quite the athleticism and mobility in space. But he is a very good runner with instincts and speed to threaten a defense in the open field. Left-handed. Quick release without any noticeable hitch (notable characteristic for a southpaw). Very strong arm. Displays the ability to change arm slots and deliver accurate passes while under pressure. Well-developed passing skill set – throws with accuracy, timing, and touch consistently. Throws with consistent anticipation and typically throws his receivers open. Highly productive at UCF, Oklahoma, and now Oregon with 188 total TDs (FBS record) and over 17K yards of total offense. Started an FBS record 63 career games. Relaxed, calm leader who is rarely rattled by pressure. Team leader at three different schools with the mental makeup desired at the NFL level.
Tyler Shough / QB / Louisville
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6047 / 224 / 31 / 9.6 / 76.2 |
SNS Rank - #8 QB
Transfer from Texas Tech (via Oregon). Possesses NFL size and frame with solid mass. 7th year of college football, due to injuries, throughout his college career. NFL-caliber arm strength – can throw any pass in the NFL route tree. Can change arm slots and deliver accurate passes. Throws with consistent accuracy and touch. Developing the ability to throw with anticipation as he gains experience. Surprisingly good athletic ability and can gain yards with his feet. Mature, calm demeanor – not easily rattled by pressure. Missed the 2022 and 2023 seasons with injuries. The 2024 season is the longest healthy stretch of his college career.
Devin Neal / RB / Kansas
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
5106 / 220 / 30 / 8.3 / 71.2 |
Good size – solid frame and mass. Former 5-star and top RB recruit in the nation. Very good balance and light feet with very good agility. Patient runner with very good vision. Runs with great pad level. Very good burst through the hole or to the corner. Surprisingly good run power. Very good contact balance and hard to knock off his feet. Deceptively fast and can run through pursuit angles. Not used much in the passing game but displays good hands and is dangerous in the open field.
Donovan Edwards / RB / Michigan
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
5110 / 215 / 30.2 / 10 / 73.6 |
SNS Rank - #16 RB
Ideal combination of height, frame, and mass. Has an upright, gliding style of running that provides good vision but also exposes his body to a larger target area for defenders to hit. Excellent burst through the hole. Elite deep speed – nearly impossible to catch from behind. Smooth, gliding strider with a running style similar to Eric Dickerson. Plays best against the best competition in the biggest games (see 2023 National Championship game performance v Washington) and seemingly disappears against less marquee opposition. Seemed to regress this last season where he could not stay healthy and when he was healthy, clearly was the team’s second-best RB behind Kalel Mullings. Has never played up to his immense potential in Ann Arbor but there is not a more talented RB in this class and he is likely to get drafted based on upside and not production.
Tez Johnson / WR / Oregon
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
5092 / 156 / 29.6 / 8.4 / 73 |
Transfer from Troy. Lacks size – smaller frame, lacking height, length, and mass – very thin. Short arms and a small catch radius. Runs precise routes. Good hands although he does suffer from concentration drops. Very good speed and acceleration – elite separation ability and is difficult for most CBs to cover in space – in zone coverage but especially in man coverage. Outstanding deep speed. Elite play making ability in the open field. Dangerous punt returner. Tough, feisty, and wins at the catch point more than he should with his body type.
Pat Bryant / WR / Illinois
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6021 / 208 / 31.2 / 9.3 / 77.6 |
SNS Rank - #17 WR
Very good height and frame with good length. Very good hands. Good first step off the LOS. Runs precise routes – nice use of stems to create deception at the break point. Smooth and savvy route runner who understands how to leverage the field and find passing windows for his QB. Subtle movements allow double moves to be effective. Very good concentration to make the contested catch. Excellent sideline and boundary awareness. Tough and willing to take a big hit to complete the catch. Limited long speed and will make his living being a reliable third down receiving option.
Harold Fannin / TE / Bowling Green
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6031 / 238 / 33.2 / 9.3 / 78.6 |
Good height and frame but lacking some desired mass for in-line blocking – looks like a big WR. Very long arms and a large catch radius. Moves fluidly with great agility and quickness for his size. Very reliable hands. Separates easily against man coverage. YAC monster after the catch who gains yards with speed, agility, and power. Fast off the LOS and stresses the defense from the snap on. Mismatch piece against LBs and most safeties. Understands route concepts and leverages defenses effectively. Not asked to provide much in-line run blocking and is usually split out wide or in the slot. Lacks some desired strength and power and is overmatched blocking EDGEs on an island.
Aireontae Ersery / OT / Minnesota
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6056 / 337 / 34 / 9.3 / 81.2 |
SNS Rank - #3 OT / #31Overall
Possesses ideal NFL measureables – tall, big frame, solid, well-distributed mass, and great overall length with grapevines for arms. Plays with great bend and natural leverage. Strong punch but placement is inconsistent. Tends to overset to the outside, attempting to neutralize speed, and is susceptible to counter moves back to the inside. Needs work on hand use – shooting and replacing hands needs development. Extremely strong and is a punishing run blocker but has a tendency to lean on the defender when tired. Skips out to the second level with ease. Very fluid with light feet and an easy kick slide. Raw and technique needs development. Needs to sustain blocks better. Has been dinged up with nagging ankle injuries this season.
Josh Conerly / OT / Oregon
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6041 / 313 / 34 / 10.3 / 81 |
Very good size with a large frame, good overall length, and solid mass. Plays with natural bend and leverage. Quick into his run block and displays excellent twitch at the snap. Wide base and very good balance. Moves laterally well and adjusts well to perimeter speed. Kicks out well to block outside leverage on stretch and screen plays. Very athletic and can pull effectively to the second level. Effectively isolates the rusher’s hands and keeps him from extending his arms. Effectively uses his hands to control the opposing player. Works to sustain and finish blocks. Needs to add some additional shock to his hands but placement and grip strength are as good as there is in this class.
Garrett Dellinger / IOL / LSU
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6042 / 325 / 32.6 / 10 / 79.2 |
Prototypical size for an OL with the desired height, a huge frame, well-distributed mass, and a large wingspan. Plays with great bend and a wide base. Plays on his toes and is quick to react to movement, stunts, and games. Handles the bull rush well – sinks hips and sets a strong anchor. Very good hands fighter who packs a powerful punch. Height can work against him when his pads rise or is forced to adjust to sudden movement. When his pads rise, he is susceptible to a strong bull rush.
Donovan Ezeiruaku / EDGE / Boston College
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6023 / 248 / 34.4 / 9.2 / 82.4 |
Lacks desired height, mass, and girth for traditional 4-3 DE duties but has fantastic overall length with very long arms and a significant wingspan. Excellent initial quickness – often wins with his first step. Relies on quickness and burst to generate pressure – displays the ability to bend, flatten, and close on the QB. Lined up at various spots along the line to find gaps and penetrate the LOS. Needs to improve ability to convert his tremendous speed to improved power to increase his bull rushing ability. Very good run and chase player who hustles from the backside. Good instincts and football intelligence. Lack of size and power can be exposed when run at. Not asked to set the edge and body is not built for those responsibilities. Aggressive and crashes down the LOS when staying home would be the better play. Athletic enough to drop into coverage – light on his feet. Length is especially useful in coverage. Impressive shock in his hands. Has a nice array of pass rushing moves. Won 2024 Hendricks Award as nation’s best EDGE and was the ACC Defensive P.O.Y. Finished second in the FBS in sacks (16.5) in 2024.
Walter Nolen / IDL / Ole Miss
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6032 / 293 / 33 / 9.2 / 79.4 |
Transfer from Texas A&M. Former 5-star recruit and consensus top prospect in the nation. Excellent frame and measureables for a gap penetrating IDL – athletic frame, lean mass, and long arms. Very quick first step at the snap – as impressive of a first step as any IDL in this class. Often wins so fast at the LOS that he runs himself out of the play. Very good motor and effort – wants to be a great player. Plays with excellent bend and a wide base. Effective hands fighter – sheds blocks routinely. Possesses a powerful bull rush. Needs to continue to improve his ability to anchor in short yardage situations. Ascending talent who figures to be a better pro than college player.
Deone Walker / IDL / Kentucky
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6072 / 340 / 34.4 / 10.6 / 84.4 |
Rare size – huge frame with incredible mass. Huge wingspan with natural strength and power. Consistently requires double teams and pushes the pocket with tremendous power. Does not play with great bend or leverage, allowing blockers to get underneath his pads – although his natural anchor makes it difficult to unroot him. Very light feet with excellent mobility – can work up and down the line and is effective on stunts and games. Very effective hands fighter who works to disengage from blocks. When he keeps his pads low, he can reset the LOS using sheer strength and force. But when his pads rise, he gets washed out of the play too easily. Stamina is a constant issue for Walker and he needs to be kept fresh to be most effective.
Nickolas Martin / LB / Oklahoma State
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6001 / 222 / 30.4 / 9.5 / 74 |
Marginal frame, mass, and length. Very fast and quick. Very instinctive – sees play develop and fires like a missile towards the ball. Reads keys well and fill responsibilities consistently. Excellent range combined with instincts seems to put him near the ball on every defensive snap. Breaks down well to secure the tackle. Dangerous blitzer with an impressive closing burst. Likes to utilize speed and agility to run around blocks but is feisty and competitive and works to shed blocks. More effective in zone coverage where he can follow the QB’s eyes and attack the ball. Has the body type and skill set to handle RBs in man coverage. Seems to have a great makeup for special teams play. Missed most of the 2024 season with injury but participated in Senior Bowl practices. Recorded 140 tackles in 2023.
Jeffrey Bassa / LB / Oregon
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6011 / 230 / 31.2 / 9.5 / 78.2 |
SNS Rank - #13 LB
Good size – possesses desired height, frame, and mass. Nice length. Looks the part of an NFL off the ball LB. Naturally athletic and smooth. Matches up well with RBs in coverage. Excellent range in zone coverage where his length is a notable asset. Uses length well to break up passes in coverage. Scrapes and flows effectively against the run – uses body well to create space. Very secure open field tackler who breaks down well in space. Flashes an effective closing burst on the QB as a blitzer. Good instincts. Solid read and react skills but he is more of a finesse player who prefers to run around blocks than to stack and shed. Needs to improve his core strength and ability to fill and support against the inside run.
Quincy Riley / CB / Louisville
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
5103 / 192 / 31.4 / 8.3 / 73.6 |
Transfer from MTSU. Average height, frame, mass, and length. Smooth athlete with the hips and fluidity to stay in-phase with size or speed. Fast with excellent deep speed. Excellent closing burst on the ball or receiver. Physical tackler who can separate the man from the ball. Fundamentally sound tackler who breaks down well in space. Very good instincts and football intelligence. Very good leaping ability. Excellent ball skills - 14 career INTs. Plays the ball in the air like a WR and recorded 13 passes defensed in 2024.
Darien Porter / CB / Iowa
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
6023 / 197 / 33.2 / 8.7 / 79.4 |
SNS Rank - #34 CB
Fantastic height and length with a good frame and mass. 6th year senior in his first year starting. Strong and physical in press coverage – effectively re-routes WRs at the LOS. However, when he misses the jam, he lacks the burst and quickness to catch up. Lacks great short area reaction skills and is best in either press or zone coverage where he can read the QB’s eyes and use his size to win at the catch point. High points the ball well and has good hands. Fights and competes at the catch point where his size, strength, and length allow him to win against smaller WRs. Slightly stiff in the hips and this leads him to lose phase at the break point with quicker WRs.
Billy Bowman / S / Oklahoma
Height / Weight / Arm / Hand / Wingspan |
5096 / 198 / 29.4 / 8.5 / 69.4 |
Lacks the desired height, frame, mass, and length and has a build similar to Budda Baker (Cardinals). Fantastic instincts and is rarely fooled in coverage or by play action. Physical, hard hitter who supports aggressively against the run. Reads keys extremely well and fills the alley hard. Good tackler who sometimes goes for the big hit and fails to wrap up. Excellent ball athlete with good hands. Excellent range. Tracks the ball in the air like a CB and has the hips and fluidity to play slot CB. Very aggressive and sometimes finds himself out of position in man coverage as a result.
