Workouts to Keep an Eye On –

Kneeland is a power player who should excel at the bench press and drills involving pads where his strength will be featured. Turner should run well and excel in movement drills. Carter has a nice combination of size and agility and could excel on Thursday. Wingo is an athletic freak who should move well for his size. Sweat, the 2024 Outland Trophy winner, is huge and powerful but his weight is a concern. No player this week needs to look more fit and ready to perform than Sweat, who could either make a mint or cost himself millions this week. Gray should run well and excel in movement drills such as the three-cone drill on Thursday. Braswell is looking to prove himself not only as a pass rusher but as an off the ball LB this week. Wilson should run extremely well and may run a 4.5 40 (or better) at 245 pounds. His movement skills are top notch and he is a productive college player with an extensive injury history at NC State. Watson is highly instinctive and plays faster than he is likely to time. If he runs and moves well this week, he could go off the board in round three in April.
