Transfer from Coastal Carolina. Lacks desired height, mass, and the ability to put on additional size, but has excellent length with a huge wingspan for is height. Well-rounded player who holds the edge well, despite his size, and is a very good run defender. Strong and physical. Plays with a tenacious, no surrender style, and a confident swagger. Athletic and quick. Very good closing burst on the QB or ball carrier. Breaks down well and is a good open field tackler. Although not tasked often with dropping into coverage, is a smooth athlete with the athletic profile to be an effective zone defender. Slightly tight in the hips which hinders his man coverage ability, but has upside in space to be developed.
