Average height but possessing a solid frame with plenty of length. Lacks some desired mass for 4-3 DE duties and may need to line up at LB on run downs due to a lack of strength and power for in-line responsibilities. Has long arms and a significant reach. Owns a very impressive first step and can explode into the backfield if ignored – very good twitch. Displays elite ability to bend and close on the QB with an explosive closing burst. Great body control and can contort his body effectively to avoid the block. Has the athletic profile to drop into coverage and pick up LBs and RBs but has little experience doing so and may need time to adjust to a position change at the NFL level. Battled injuries throughout 2024 but still finished with 9.5 sacks.
