Looks the part of an NFL 4-3 EDGE with the desired height, frame, and mass for the position. Extremely long arms and a huge wingspan. Primarily lines up in a three-point stance with his right hand on the ground, regardless of the side of the LOS he lines up on – technique needs development. Naturally athletic with untapped potential – light on his feet with very good range. Flashes a great first step. Good closing burst on the QB or ball carrier. High cut and can get washed out of the play by a powerful OT. Lacks some body armor and power and needs to improve strength. Needs to improve hand use to shed blocks more effectively. Needs to add some additional pass rush moves to aid rushing ability – stays glued on blocks too often.
