2025 Draft Strategy
The Ravens have a deep and talented roster at the skill positions but have a need to supplement or improve other positions to be able to get over the hump and finally win an AFC title with Lamar Jackson under center. The Ravens need to improve the talent surrounding center Tyler Linderbaum on the OL and this draft offers quite a few quality prospects who could become starters early in their rookie seasons. With the 27th pick, OTs Josh Conerly (Oregon) and Johah Savaiianaea (Arizona) would make intriguing options as would IOL Tyler Booker (Alabama) and Donovan Jackson (Ohio State). The other position Baltimore needs to focus on in this draft is adding some CBs to the roster to improve an uncharacteristically poor pass defense from last season. In the middle rounds, CBs Jermari Harris (Iowa), Nohl Williams (California), and Bilhal Kone (Western Michigan) all fit the prototype for what the Ravens look for in their outside CBs.
